Luminova dooel has no insight into the number, date, validity and security code of your payment card for the entire duration of the transaction, nor does it have access to any information related to your bank account. The data are entered on the processing center website which processes the online payment transactions.

This Policy refers to products delivery ordered electronically/online, and the products will be delivered through the DHL International Delivery System at the address specified in the order.
The products and their prices will be displayed on this website.
The payment for products can be done with a credit / debit card.
We provide free delivery for all orders made through our online store.

4. REPAIR POLICY FOR TRANSACTIONS WITH PAYMENT CARDS
Luminova dooel will return the funds to the buyer in case of wrong payment and the right can be achieved by submitting a written request and proof of payment, indicating the date when the wrong payment was made, as well as stating the paid amount.
